Norsk Dun products are made from the down and small 0.9 cm feathers of the unique Pyrenean duck, which is raised in France and Spain. High Quality – 50% down and 50% small feathers (up to 0.9 cm).

Care Instructions for Norsk Dun Products

All products can be machine washed at 60°C without damaging the down. In fact, washing makes them fluffier and more elastic.
Lighter summer duvets can be washed in machines with a 5 kg or larger load capacity.
Thicker winter duvets should be washed in machines with a 7 kg or larger load capacity.
If possible, use a special down washing program.
A high water level and extra rinse cycle are important to remove all soap residues.
Do not use fabric softener, as it can damage the down.
Use a lower spin speed (under 1000 rpm) to protect both the fabric and down.
During drying, shake the duvet or pillow occasionally to prevent clumping.
Tip: Place a few tennis balls in the dryer with the duvet or pillow to help keep the down evenly distributed.
Regular shaking and airing help prevent moisture buildup, reducing dust mites.
A high-quality down duvet absorbs body moisture at night, keeping you neither too hot nor too cold. The duvet naturally regulates body temperature.
